For LV/MV equipment, modular substations, e-houses and BESS balance-of-plant, the starting scope is the system requirement, equipment layout and the interfaces between electrical, mechanical, thermal and site systems.
Potential outputs include a requirements and interface register, layout coordination and a supplier information schedule. Detailed electrical design, protection studies, certification and commissioning require named qualified specialists and a separately agreed scope.

Each engagement begins by establishing the operating need, available evidence, critical interfaces, decision ownership and acceptance basis. Engineering then progresses through explicit review gates, proportionate verification and controlled change, so that technical maturity remains visible before procurement, fabrication or field commitments are made.
Depending on the project, delivery can combine MareForge-led technical direction with selected engineering, design, analysis, fabrication, inspection and field specialists. MareForge retains control of scope, integration, communication and QA, while each regulated or specialist activity is allocated to an appropriately qualified party under a defined responsibility boundary.
The result is coordinated company capacity: one controlled route from requirement to decision, engineering release and managed execution—scaled to the assignment without creating unnecessary permanent overhead for the client.
